To join our forums and receive support, we require you to provide a valid email address. This is so you can receive important notifications, including software updates and announcements, and account password recovery. This makes our jobs easier in supporting you.

In some cases, you may be asked for your websites URL. This is for support purposes only and will not be disclosed if so chosen. Be aware, posting links in our forums allows all users, including guests, to view your website. If you insist on keeping your website private, you may contact us privately when you are requested for the information.

The XMB Group will never disclose any information provided by the user. Users have full control over items which are made public, and may opt for certain information to remain private amongst the staff members. Disclosure of personal information is only transacted on an authority-to-authority basis, in which the respective law enforcement agency will have rights to this information.
